We deliver to addresses in the countries and regions available at checkout. If your country is not listed, we cannot fulfil to that address at this time.
Orders are typically prepared within the business-day window shown on our site. Peak periods, product availability, or payment verification may add delay. You will receive updates by email when your order is confirmed and when it ships where applicable.
We work with established courier and postal partners. When a tracking number is available, we share it so you can follow delivery. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch.
Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Weather, customs, public holidays, remote areas, or carrier disruptions can affect arrival. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control but will help where we can.
